Global Monitoring Inc. is a florida based, minority owned company it is a sister company of David Valentine BailBonds. It was formed on 8th of march 2004. Global monitoring is the oldest privately owned monitoring company in Duval County. Our mission is to operate and maintain EM technology and use it to provide services to the public and private entities. Global Monitoring's office is conveniently located at 203 N Washington St. Jacksonville, Fl. 32202 (904)358-3220. Our office is strategically located for easy access and fast service. Owner Ingrid Valentine has been providing high quality surety services to the North Florida area for more than twenty-four (24) years. During this time, Dave Valentine Bail Bonds, Inc. has been providing a form of monitoring service by guaranteeing the appearance of defendants in the judcial system with only a bail bond. Global Monitoring currently provides GPS
monitoring services to pre-trial and post sentence defendants for DuvalCounty and surrounding counties.
